Unionville, CT · Est. renovation practice, 30+ years
Renovations that respect the house you already love.
Fillian Brothers Incorporated has worked in the Farmington Valley for over thirty years — kitchens, baths, basements, and built-in cabinetry, done by a small crew who stays on your job site from first day to last.
What We Build
A few employees, kept busy on a few jobs — not spread thin across many.
We keep our number of active jobs small so we can be present on-site, not managing from a clipboard.
Kitchens
Layouts, cabinetry, and finishes built around how your household actually cooks and gathers.
Bathrooms
From a single refresh to a full master bath renovation, done with quality vendors we trust.
Basements
Finished living space that meets current code, even in a much older house.
Built-In Cabinetry
Custom family room and storage built-ins, fitted to your space rather than sold off a shelf.
Commercial & Non-Residential
Businesses and houses of worship, renovated with the same care as a family home.
Why Homeowners Call Us Back
You'll likely keep living here while we work. We never lose sight of that.
"What sets Fillian Brothers Incorporated apart is attention to detail."
We integrate new construction into old structures seamlessly — we've worked on homes from five years old to one or two centuries old, updating older design to meet today's building codes without losing what made the house worth keeping.
